MoeGo Account - Deletion Guide

We understand that our platform may not be the right fit for every business. This guide walks you through how to request account deletion and explains what to expect after you submit your request.


How to Submit an Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your MoeGo account, please follow the steps below based on the device you’re using.

On Desktop

  1. Click your profile icon in the top corner.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Click Cancel Plan.

  4. You’ll be redirected to Chat Support, where our team will assist you with completing the subscription cancellation and account deletion request.

On App

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Tap Delete Account.

  4. Choose a primary reason for deleting your account to help us improve
    (e.g., too busy to learn, cutting expenses, business closure).

  5. Tap Delete Account to submit your request.


What Will Happen After Submission

  • Our Support team will review your cancellation request within up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive an email from support@moego.pet at the email address registered with your MoeGo account. This email will:

    • Confirm your subscription plan cancellation, or

    • Request additional information, if needed to proceed.


Account Deletion Timeline

  • Account deletion can only be completed after your subscription plan is canceled and the current billing cycle has ended.

  • Once eligible, the deletion process may take up to 15 days to complete.

  • Once account is deleted, you will be signed out of the MoeGo app, and access to your account will no longer be available.
