From the left-hand menu, go to Insights.
Click on Report, then select the Leaderboard tab from the top menu.
Explore a variety of performance metrics and insights, including:
Average sales per ticket
Staff booking capacity

Use the Leaderboard to evaluate individual and team performance across different dimensions of your business.
📱App:
In the app, tap "Insights" from the left-hand menu.
In the top-right corner, tap "Old Insights" to switch to the legacy report dashboard.
If you see "New Insights" in the top-right corner instead, you're already viewing the old report dashboard.
From the top menu, tap "Leaderboard" to review key performance metrics, such as expected revenue, sales per ticket, and more.
Leaderboard Metrics
The Leaderboard provides key performance indicators that help you assess sales efficiency, staff productivity, and booking utilization.
Metric | Definition |
Average Sales per Ticket | Total collected service revenue divided by the number of completed tickets. Reflects how much revenue is generated per appointment.

Average Sales per Staff | Total collected service revenue divided by the number of staff members displayed on the calendar. Helps measure individual sales contribution.

Booking Capacity | Total hours booked for appointments divided by the total available working hours. Indicates how efficiently your staff’s time is being utilized.

Staff Performance
This section ranks staff members based on key performance metrics related to their service delivery and sales contributions.
Metrics include:
Top Service Sales – Staff with the highest total service revenue
Top Number of Tickets – Staff who completed the most tickets
Top Sales per Ticket – Staff with the highest average sales per ticket
Top Number of Pets – Staff who serviced the most pets
Top Tips – Staff who received the highest total tips
Top Booking Capacity – Staff with the highest booking utilization rate

Top Sales / Clients / Pet Breeds
This section displays three visual graphs to highlight key trends during the selected date range:
Top 5 Services by Sales – The services that generated the highest total revenue
Top 5 Clients by Spend – Clients who spent the most during the selected period
Top 5 Pet Breeds by Frequency – The most frequently serviced pet breeds
These insights help identify high-performing services, top-value clients, and common pet demographics—useful for marketing, staffing, and service planning.
