Dashboard Navigation
π₯οΈ Desktop:
On your desktop, select "Insights" from the left-hand menu.
Click on "Report".
Review your old report Dashboard Overview for key metrics and insights such as expected revenue, week-over-week sales performance, and pet demographics.
π±App:
In the app, select "Insights" from the left-hand menu.
Tap "Old Insights" in the top-right corner to switch to the old report dashboard.
If you see "New insights" in the top-right corner, it means you are already on the old report dashboard.
Review your Overview for key metrics and insights such as expected revenue.
Dashboard Overview
Use the date range selector to view metrics for a specific time period.
Sales data shown on the dashboard is based on the sale date, which corresponds to the appointment date.
The old dashboard supports selecting a date range of up to one year only.
Overview Trend Graph
Analyze your business performance by comparing collected revenue trends to the previous period.
For example, if the selected date range is 7/20β7/26, the comparison will be made against the last period 7/13β7/19.
Dashboard Metrics
Note: In the old report, the boarding appointment data is displayed based on the appointment start date.
In the old report, collected revenue excludes standalone product sales, memberships, no-show fees, and packages.

Collected Revenue | The total amount received based on the "Total Payment" field from invoices for all appointments within the selected date range.

Expected Revenue | The sum of "Total" field from the invoice, of all appointments within the selected date range.

Client & Pet

Metric | Definition |
Total Appointments | The total number of non-cancelled appointments within the selected date range. |
Total Pets | The total number of pets scheduled for services. Note: If the same pet has multiple appointments, each appointment is counted individually. |
Total Clients | The total number of unique clients who have scheduled services. Note: If a client booked multiple appointments, they are counted only once. |
New Client | A client whose profile was created within the selected date range and who has at least one appointment scheduled during that same period. |
Existing Client | A client whose profile was created before the selected date range, but who has at least one appointment scheduled within the selected date range. |

Recurring Clients | Clients who have repeat appointments scheduled and have at least one appointment booked within the selected date range. |
Non-recurring Clients | Clients who do not have repeat appointments scheduled but have at least one appointment booked within the selected date range. |

Expected Revenue
Metric | Definition |
Staff - Expected Revenue | The sum of the "Total" field from invoices for all appointments assigned to the staff within the selected date range.

Staff - Total expected service price | The total price of assigned services and add-ons for the staff member.

Staff - Total Appointments | The total number of appointment tickets the staff is assigned to within the selected date range, including both completed and upcoming appointments.

Staff - Total Pets | The total number of pets the staff is assigned to within the selected date range. Note: Each pet is counted once per appointment ticket, regardless of service count. |
Collected Revenue
Metric | Definition |
Collected Revenue | The total amount received based on the "Total Payment" field from invoices for staff assigned appointments within the selected date range.

Payment Method Overview
Use the dropdown menu to filter by individual staff or view data for all staff combined.
This table displays total sales categorized by payment method type, helping you analyze how clients are paying for services.
Further Reading:
