Pricing Rules
Pricing rules allow dynamic adjustments based on pet count, length of stay, seasonal demand, and more. These rules help implement flexible pricing structures to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Set up dynamic pricing adjustments based on multiple factors:

To configure, navigate to Settings > Service > Pricing Rules and select the desired rule type to create or adjust your pricing structure.
Multiple Pets
Apply a discount for multiple pets from the same household.
Click < Add new rule> to create new rules:
Rule name
Applicable services: Boarding and daycare service.
Status
Applicable to: Apply discount per pet or additional pet
Same lodging: Specify whether pets must share lodging.
Configuration:
For example, a $5 discount for two or more pets, a $10 discount for three or more pets.
Multiple nights/days
Apply a discount for extended stays. This rule is applicable to boarding services only.
Click < Add new rule> to create new rules:

Rule configuration: Apply a price reduction for pets staying over a certain number of consecutive nights.
For example, a $5 discount for three or more nights, a $10 discount for five or more nights.

Determine how discounts apply when multiple rules are in place.

Only apply the rule with the best discount: Automatically selects the most beneficial discount
Apply all rules in sequence: Allows stacking of multiple discounts.
Peak dates
Apply surcharges for high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).
Click < Add new rule> to create new rules:
Pick dates name
Applicable service: Select specific boarding and daycare services.
Status
Applicable date(s): decide the date range when to apply this surcharge.
Surcharge amount
Late pick-up/early drop-off
Apply additional charges for off-hours pickups or drop-offs.
Click < Add new rule > to create new rules:

Time definition: Based on business hours or custom times
Surcharge and tax
Exceed 24-hour period
Charge an additional fee when a pet's stay exceeds 24 hours. This pricing rule is applicable to boarding services only.
💡Note: This fee is a one-time charge for each pet and will appear as a line item on the invoice.
For example, a pet staying from Monday 10 AM to Wednesday 10 AM is charged $150 ($50 per 24 hours). If the pet stays beyond this period, additional charges apply.
When setting up the pricing rule for Exceed 24-hour period:
