Request customers to sign agreements (no-show agreement, service agreement, or matted-release, etc.) during the online booking process.

Select digital agreements for Online Booking

  1. Go to < Online booking > on the side menu bar

  2. Click < Setting >

  3. Click < Agreement >

  4. Select the agreement that you want customers to sign when booking online.

  5. Click < Update agreement settings > to update your settings.

After selecting the agreement as required in the agreement section under Online Booking Settings:

  • When you configure an agreement to be signed once in your agreement settings, clients will be prompted to sign it only the first time they book online. For all future bookings, they will not be asked to sign it again.

  • If you choose to require the agreement for every booking, clients will be prompted to sign it each time they submit a booking request.

  • Note: Even if an agreement is set to be sent manually, it will still appear as required during online booking if you’ve marked it as required in the online booking agreement settings.

Display in the Booking Process

Once a client logs in to their Online Booking Portal, they’ll be able to view and manage their agreements directly from the home page.

If a client has any unsigned agreements on their account, a pop-up window will appear upon login to remind them to review and sign the required agreements.

Customers will see any required digital agreements on the final “Personal Info” page during the booking process and must sign all required agreements before they can submit their booking request.

Feel free to test it out yourself!
