If you’re expanding your team, this guide walks you through how to add a staff profile and invite a staff member to create their own login using either the web version or the mobile app.
Add a Staff Member
🖥️ Web Version
Go to Settings > Staff > Staff Members
Click Add New Staff
Fill in the required fields:
First & Last Name
Role (see Staff Role Setup for details)
Hire Date
Click Save to create the staff profile
📱 Mobile App
Navigate to Settings > Staff > Staff Members
Tap the orange “+” button
Enter the required information:
Name
Role
Hire Date
Tap Add
Invite a Staff Member to Create a Login
Adding a staff profile does not automatically create login access. To allow staff to log into MoeGo, you’ll need to send them an invitation.
🖥️ Web Version
While adding or editing the staff profile:
Enter the staff member’s email address
Check Send invitation link
Click Save
📩 An invitation email will be sent automatically.
📱 Mobile App
Go to Settings > Staff > Staff Members
Tap the staff member’s name
Select Control > Login Account
Enter the staff email and tap Invite
Accepting an Invitation (For Staff)
When you receive an invitation email from your employer, follow the steps below to access the business.
Step 1: Open the Invitation Email
Click Accept Invitation
If You Do Not Have a MoeGo Account
Click Accept
You’ll be redirected to a sign-up page titled
“Connect to [Business Name] Team”Create your account using:
First & Last Name
Email address (must match the invited email)
Password
If You Already Have a MoeGo Account
(e.g. you work for another business using MoeGo)
Click Log In below the Sign-Up button
Enter your existing email and password
Your new business will be added to your account
Switching Between Multiple Businesses
If you work for more than one business on MoeGo, you can switch accounts without logging out.
Web:
Click your profile icon → select the business nameMobile App:
Go to Settings > Account > Switch Account
FAQs
My staff member didn’t receive the invitation email. What should I do?
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder
If it’s still missing, you can resend the invitation
Can I resend the invitation?
Yes.Web: Settings > Staff > Staff Members > three dots next to the staff name > Resend Invitation
Can I copy and share the invitation link manually?
Yes. Mobile App: Settings > Staff > Staff Members > staff name > Control > Login Account > Copy Invitation Link
My staff member works for multiple MoeGo businesses. Can they use the same login?
Yes. A single login can be used for multiple businesses, allowing easy account switching without signing in and out.
Will another business be able to see my data if we share a staff member?
No. Each business’s data is completely separate. Staff must switch accounts to view schedules, clients, or reports for a specific business.
Can staff reset their password?
Yes. On the login page, click Reset Password. A reset email will be sent to the account email address.
Can I remove login access without deleting the staff profile?
Yes. Simply remove the staff member’s email address from their profile to revoke login access while keeping their staff record. You can click on three dots next to the staff name > Unlink Email
How do I delete a staff member?
You can delete the staff profile directly.
Staff access is removed immediately
The staff member will no longer appear on the calendar
Historical data remains available in reports
