If you had experienced this situation:
You set an appointment with "repeat" for 10 times which ends on December 20, 2019. And after this last appointment on December 20, 2019, both you and your client thought the next appointment should be on the calendar like previous ones. And it turned out that the recurring you set up ended. You missed the appointment.
(yep it's easy to take things for granted)

The Repeat Renew Reminder is set to remind you when there is "repeat appointments" about to end. 

Continue the example above:
The 10th appointment is on December 20, 2019, and the 9th appointment on the repeat series is on November 20th, 2019. So if there is no upcoming appointments for this client after December 20, 2019, then on the date of November 20th, 2019 (the 9th of the repeat series), MoeGo will remind you with this client information, so you will be aware of this repeat is going to end soon, and take actions ahead of time.
