In some occasions, you might need to block someone from booking with you through online portal. It is a very popular feature requested by many of our users. So we launched this "Block list" feature for online booking.

Clients who are on the block list will see "appointments are not available" when they are on your online booking page.

How to access:

Go to Setting > Preference > Block list
