MoeGo integrates with 2-way messages. It enables 2-way conversation, as well as automatic messages like: When new appointment booked, appointment reminders etc.

What should I do if the message shows "Sent Failed"? 

  1. Double check the phone number under client profile, make sure it is accurate without any special symbol.

  2. If the client has multiple phone numbers, make sure the number you are trying to send has been set as primary number. The system only send message to the primary number. 

  3. There are some chances when everything is right, but message is not sent. It happened twice in our system since, we've checked with the third party message service provider but nothing wrong. It is a random issue, just try to resend the message.
