2FA is now available for all AU, UK, US, CA user.
How to Set up 2FA for your Account
💻 Desktop Version
Click the profile icon at the top right corner and select Profile.
In your Profile Page, scroll down to the Security section — here you can update your password or set up phone verification.
Click Set up phone number.
Enter your phone number, then click Send SMS to receive a verification code.
Enter the code and click Confirm.
✅ You’ve successfully set up phone verification!
Once 2FA is enabled, if you log in from a new or untrusted device, you’ll be asked to enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number.
📱 App Version
Go to Settings → Account → 2FA Phone Number.
Enter your phone number and tap Send.
After receiving the verification code via SMS, enter it and tap Confirm.
✅ You’re all set! Phone verification is now active.
Update Phone Number
💻 Desktop version
On your Profile page, click Change Phone Number.
Enter your new phone number, then input the verification code sent to that number to confirm the update.
📱 App version
Go to your Account page, tap Edit under 2FA Phone Number, then enter your new phone number.
You’ll receive a verification code via SMS — enter the code to confirm and complete the update.
Delete Verified Phone Number
This is currently available on the desktop only, not app.
💻 Desktop version
On your Profile page, click Change Phone Number.
Click Delete, then confirm.
Log in from a Different Device
After you log in with a verification code, that device will remain trusted for future logins.
When signing in from an unfamiliar device, enter your account email and password, then tap Log In.
A verification code will be sent to your saved phone number. Enter the code on the Two-Factor Authentication page to complete the login.
🚨 If You Can’t Receive the Verification Code
If you’re unable to receive a code when logging in, please email moegopay@moego.pet with:
A photo ID, and
A photo of the saved card on file (showing the last 4 digits only).
Then, contact our Support Team to confirm the verification process — they’ll help you regain access.
💬 FAQ
How long will a device stay “trusted”?
Once you log in with a verification code, that device will remain trusted indefinitely.
For example, if you have verified your phone on Device A, it won’t require another code for future logins from that device.
Is setting up 2FA mandatory?
It’s optional, but highly recommended for all users to protect your business and account security.
