If you are selling your business to a new owner, and you want to transfer all of your clients/pets/appts,  here are the steps you can do:

  1. Email to woof@mymoement.com, with title "Business transfer request".  Specify your email account on MoeGo and the new business owner email. (We will change the the account within 24 hours once you submit your request)
  2. Have the new owner login from www.moego.pet, then go to account->Billing to update the monthly subscription payment card. 

And then you are all set:)
